Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations below:
1. Soft Copy Notes (Digital PDFs / Downloadable Files)
- No-Refund Policy: Since digital products (Soft Copy / PDF Notes) are instantly accessible and downloadable upon purchase, all sales of Soft Copies are final and non-refundable.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical issues after a successful payment (such as a broken download link or a corrupted file), please contact us immediately. We will issue a new download link or send the PDF directly to your email within 24 hours.
2. Hard Copy Notes (Printed Books / Physical Deliveries)
A. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds for Hard Copy notes are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: The received printed notes/books are physically damaged, torn, or have severe printing defects.
- Wrong Item Delivered: You received a subject or book different from what you ordered.
(Note: An unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel is required as proof for damaged or incorrect deliveries.)
B. Reporting Window
You must report any issue with a Hard Copy delivery within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the shipment. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
C. Replacement & Refund Process
- Once your claim is verified and approved, we will either arrange for a replacement or guide you on returning the item.
- If a replacement is approved, a new copy will be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. If the stock is unavailable, a 100% full refund will be issued.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Hard Copy Orders: You can cancel a Hard Copy order only before it has been dispatched/shipped. Once handed over to the courier partner, the order cannot be canceled.
- Soft Copy Orders: Since digital access is granted immediately after purchase, Soft Copy orders cannot be canceled.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
